We value our long term patrons and this is a new service offering. We are unable to retroactively apply points for previous purchases. We look forward to rewarding you for a long time to come. 

It’s very simple! Just log in to your account before choosing your gift, and we will display any Vouchers you have available to redeem on the Cart page. Just click on any available vouchers and they will be automatically applied. You can check your points and vouchers balance in My Account at any time.

Yes, your Gift Vouchers expire after 12 months. We do send out reminders based on the Special Occasions you set up in your account to help you continue to earn rewards, PLUS every order earns you points.

Joining is simple, just complete this form and you’re in!

This will be automatically applied to your account when you join. When you login next, you will find a $10 Voucher waiting for you at checkout!

You can earn points in the following ways:

• 1 Point for every dollar spent (excludes shipping)
• 200 points just for joining
• 10 points for each order
• 30 points on your first order
• 20 points on the anniversary of the date you joined

You then receive a $10 Voucher when you reach 200 points, and then every 100 points after that.
